NeevAI is built for businesses that want useful AI, not theater.
NeevAI exists to make AI assistants more deployable for real businesses. The first version of the product is intentionally straightforward: a branded assistant that learns from website content and other knowledge sources, helps visitors or teams get better answers, and gives operators visibility into conversations, lead capture, scoring, and intent.
The newer layer of the platform extends that foundation with agentic flows. Internal or external APIs can be wrapped as tools and exposed through the assistant, which means the product can evolve from answering questions to supporting live business actions when the use case calls for it.

We believe most businesses should start with a useful assistant grounded in real company content before they invest in more complex AI workflows.
Operations matter
A good assistant is not just a chat window. It needs lead capture, review workflows, analytics, and a clear place inside the day-to-day work of the business.
Expand when the use case proves it
When a client needs more than retrieval, we extend the assistant with tool wrappers, agentic flows, and implementation support around the systems that matter.
How we work with clients
Our default recommendation is product first. If a company can get value from a strong website assistant and a clean admin layer, that should happen before a bigger consulting engagement. We provide consulting when rollout, integration, or internal complexity make it useful, not because every client needs a large services project.
That also means we regularly work with teams who know the business problem but not the ideal AI shape yet. In those cases, onboarding and consulting help define the right assistant, workflow, and integration path before anything gets overbuilt.
